Eyelash Tinting

Eyelash tinting is a process used to make the eyelashes look darker and fuller than they naturally are. Great eyes are an instant attention grabber, and they are one of the top things that people recognize about others. However, not everyone has been blessed with lush, full, dark lashes. Mascara is a temporary fix that can be applied daily, but it is often thought of as tedious and a trouble to remove. False lashes are also a temporary solution, but they can be a pain to place correctly and can definitely look fake when not applied well. Eyelash tinting is a longer lasting solution to give the appearance of darker and fuller lashes.

Eyelash tinting is a procedure that semi permanently dyes the eyelashes so that it is not necessary to use mascara. Most women use mascara to brighten and enlarge their eyes. However, mascara needs to be removed every day in order to thoroughly clean the eye area. Also, mascara tends to smudge throughout the day, giving the eyes a tired, messy appearance. With eyelash tinting, the tint stays on the lashes for 4-6 weeks allowing beautifully enhanced eyes that sparkle.

There are at home eye lash tinting kits available, but most doctors, dermatologists, and make up artists agree that eye lash tinting is safest when applied by a professionally trained medical aesthetician. The eyes are very delicate and can be injured easily. Because any type of eyelash tinting uses chemicals, careful application is essential to its use and success.
