Dr. Dunia Korous brings a rare depth of training to general dentistry. A graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (Doctor of Dental Surgery) and the University of Texas at Dallas (Bachelor of Science, Neuroscience) — both completed with distinction — she has dedicated more than 1,000 hours of continuing education to mastering advanced clinical disciplines. Her credentials include a Mastership and Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantology (MICOI, FICOI), a Fellowship from the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry (IALD), and certification as a phlebotomist for in-house platelet-rich plasma preparation.

Her advanced training spans international hands-on implant programs, TMJ evaluation and treatment under Dr. Steven Olmos, Vivos airway protocol certification, and lip-tie and tongue-tie coursework with Dr. Soroush Zaghi. This breadth of expertise allows Dr. Korous to treat dental implant cases, TMJ disorders, airway deficiencies, and sleep apnea with a level of clinical sophistication that is rare in a private general dentistry setting.
